Appointments
Nick Nailed It! Is an Appointment Only Salon. Appointments are available Monday from 9am-3pm, and Thursday-Saturday from 8:30am-7:00pm. Appointments can be made online, by clicking the “Appointments” Tab. To be best prepared to service you it is extremely important that your appointment is booked appropriately. Deposits
Nick Nailed It! Requires appointment confirmation in the form of a $15 deposit for each desired appointment. Deposits MUST be paid within 24 hours of booking otherwise appointment will be forfeited. Deposits will go towards your service total, meaning you will pay the remaining balance at day of service Your remaining balance will be reflective as best as possible on the Fresha App, prior to your appointment. Price is subject to change congruent with the needs of the service. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tardiness
If you’re running late to your appointment PLEASE let me know, and I will do the same. Here at Nick Nailed It! We Operate on the standard 15 minute grace period, meaning if you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and/or a portion of your service, such as the designs, may have to be sacrificed. I understand 15 minutes may not seem like much but it makes a world of difference in the Nail World. There is a $10 dollar late fee for all appointment starting more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time. Please note we will deduct $10 from your service if we are running over 15 minutes late as well.
Cancelations
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee is equivalent to 50% of your SERVICE TOTAL. This means if you have a booked for 9am on Saturday, you have until 9am on the Friday before to cancel your appointment at no cost. If you cancel your appointment after 9am on Friday you will be charged a late cancelation fee.
No Shows
No Call No Shows will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of your service total and a banning from further booking with Nick Nailed It! Same day cancelations will incur late cancellation fee as discussed above.
Illness
If you anyone in your household is actively sick, please consider rescheduling your appointment. While we will miss you, your health-and ours-is our top priority. Nails should never come before your well-being. Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear under the weather and late cancelation fee will apply.
Squeeze-Ins,
Appointments outside of the hours listed above (Monday 9am-3pm, Thursday- Saturday 8:30am-7pm) are considered squeeze in appointments. Squeeze in appointments are available upon request. Please note there is an additional $25 fee for all squeeze in appointments.
New Clients
I do not mind or charge more for working over your previous nail techs work, so please feel free to book your next fill, set, or soak off with me. I do ask that you come with some level of awareness of the product on your nails as it is important to know what is on your nails currently before we can enhance them.
Discounts, Promotions, and Special Pricing
The only discount here at Nick Nailed It occurs through our loyalty program-Details can be found on the Fresha App. All other discounts or promotions will be announced on our instagram page and via The Fresha App
Repairs and Refunds
On average, any mistakes made on the nail technicians part will reveal themself within the first three days following service. We will be happy to fix any mistakes for free that are documented within the first three days of service. After three days you will be charged for the nail repair. If you are truly dissatisfied with your service, please inform us within the first week and we will gladly fix your nail to the best of our abilities. If your service is over a week old you will be charged for the polish change. We do not offer refunds here at Nick Nailed It!
